The hotel provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including an iron and a smart TV with instructions in both Vietnamese and English. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the staff, including Lily and Ruby at the front desk, made me feel so welcome and taken care of. They were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The location of the hotel was excellent, with all the major tourist attractions in the old quarter within walking distance. I had a memorable stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and value for money.

keypad hotel - 24 hang ga exceeded my expectations during this resting. the staff were friendly and supportive, helping us with directions and arranging airport transportation. the rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. i would definitely stay here again, given its central location in hanoi.

Great location in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception who spoke fluent English. She assisted us with getting a SIM card and helped us arrange fantastic tours at affordable prices. The breakfast variety was impressive, with both Vietnamese and American options. The breakfast organizer went above and beyond, preparing special dishes for guests. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The rooms did not match the pictures shown online. Some were worn out and in need of renovation.
